Sale Terms & Conditions
We all have to abide by rules at some point in our lives. Dry Creek Quarter Horses is no exception. Over the years I have learned to spell out my terms and conditions in black and white.

Payment is due in full at time of services rendered. No exceptions. Short term payment plans can be made available, however, no animal will leave the premises before being paid for in full, including board fees. Please see contract for more information.

ALL Payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.

ALL foals born at Dry Creek Quarter Horses will be branded with the 4 Quarter Circle brand on the left shoulder at, or shortly before, weaning regardless of sale status. If you do not wish to have your foal branded, a $500 charge will be added to the sale price.

Board rate for weanlings is $18/day.

Buyer is responsible for obtaining a current coggins and health certificate before hauling the horse.

Buyer is responsible for contracting a qualified horse hauler to ship the horse.
